There are too many ways to make wontons, and every family has their own favorite way. For example, whether we make vegetarian fillings or meat fillings, my family likes light soups, and the soups can be mixed according to their own preference. It’s hot in summer, and I don’t have any desire for meat. Today I made a veggie stuffed horn melon and egg stuffing. I made a bowl of sour and refreshing spicy soup. It was super enjoyable.

Wonton Stuffed with Cucumber and Egg

1. First, make the noodles, 500 grams of flour is made into a smooth dough with about 350 grams of warm water, and make the filling

2. I used a horned melon, about 1000 grams, the horned melon for filling is slightly older

3. Rub the horned melon into silk, use any tool you can easily pickle the horned melon with a little salt and then remove the moisture, just chop a few times, and then just grab it.

4. Four eggs are fried, stir fry with a spatula while frying

5. Chopped shallots

6. Chop 3 scallions, put them in the shredded melon, and pour in the scrambled eggs

7. Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of pepper, and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and mix well to form fillings. Do not put soy sauce, the color is not good and the soup will come out

8. Roll out the noodles into large slices, then cut into strips and change them into triangular pieces

9. Wrap wontons in your own way

10. All done

11. Prepare some green onions and coriander

12. Take a large bowl, put in the appropriate coriander and green onion, add some soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil, this amount is your own, put less first, you can taste and add later

13. Boil water, put the wontons in a small pot and cook them. Generally, the wontons can be boiled and boiled for 3 minutes. You can add some salt to the pot, but not too much.

14. Just scoop the cooked wontons directly into a large bowl, then you can taste the flavor, red oil, sweet and sour, just put it whatever you like

Tips:

Don't cook it for a long time, just look at the swollen wontons.
