Wontons with Mushroom Sauce and Fresh Meat

Chop ginger and pork belly into puree together, then add appropriate amount of salt and mix well;

Use a chopstick to dig an appropriate amount of meat paste to stick to the corner of the wonton wrapper;

Roll with chopsticks;

Pull out the chopsticks after rolling, pinch both ends;

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot and boil, then add the wrapped raw wontons and cook until all of them float;

Put an appropriate amount of seaweed, green onion, light soy sauce and vinegar in a bowl, add an appropriate amount of boiling water for cooking wontons, mix well;

Add the cooked wontons, add a spoonful of shiitake sauce, mix well and start eating.
