Wowotou

Mix all the miscellaneous grains and flour together. If you like to eat pasta, you can add a proper amount of yeast powder. Mine didn't add it. I prefer the chewy ones.

Add cold water to make a dough, let the noodles rise for 20 minutes.

After waking up the noodles, pull them into small pieces and sprinkle them with flour to prevent sticking.

Make the Xiaojizi into the shape of Wowotou, add water to a boil, put it in Wowotou, and steam for 15 minutes.

It is steamed, because the sweet potato powder is added, the Wowotou is very sweet, the shape is not very standard and beautiful, and it is better than the taste.
