Wuhan Hot Dry Noodles

Put warm water in the sesame paste several times and stir in one direction until creamy.

Add light soy sauce, a small amount of dark soy sauce, CUCU old vinegar, and a pinch of salt to mix well.

After the water is boiled, remove it after about 6 years of maturity, drizzle with edible oil and quickly stir to cool it thoroughly, that is, dust the noodles. Blanch the brushed noodles with boiling water. If you like softer noodles, you can blanch more.
