Xi Shi Duck Blood Tofu

Wash the duck blood, cut into small squares of one centimeter square, and set aside.

Scallion, ginger and garlic, mince, set aside.

Coriander, cut into sections, set aside.

Bring the water to a boil, add the blood clot and remove it in two minutes.

Dip in cold water and set aside.

Heat up the oil pan, and stir fragrant Chinese pepper and dried chili in the pan.

Add the green onion, ginger and garlic, and continue to stir up the aroma. Join the old godmother and stir fry on low heat.

Add water and bring to a boil.

After boiling, pour in duck blood, tripe, cover and wait for it to boil.

After boiling, add the cut lactone tofu. Don't stir fry, just push the spatula a few times. Cover the lid to a boil.

After boiling, add monosodium glutamate, remove from the pot, sprinkle with chopped green onion and coriander.
Tips:
The lactone tofu is relatively tender and cannot be stir-fried, so you can only use a spatula to gently push it.
