Kohlrabi commonly known as: pickles! Also called: Kong Mingcai! It is a specialty of Xiangyang! Very salty, usually stir-fry or eat directly, bibimbap noodles!

Ingredients

Xiangyang Kohlrabi Stir-fried Bean Curd

1. Soak the rutabaga 2 hours in advance. Otherwise it's too salty

2. Dried tofu cut into small pieces

3. Shredded kohlrabi

4. Put oil in the pan, add the lean meat, and fry until cooked. Put the bean paste and stir fry until fragrant

5. Add rutabaga and dried tofu and stir fry for a while

6. Finally, add garlic sprouts, add salt, pepper and light soy sauce to taste

7. The stir-fried bean curd with rutabaga is complete.
We usually eat it with rice, steamed buns or thin rice!
