Xiaomei Sauce Duck Tongue

1. Put the duck tongue in a net pot, blanch it for 10 minutes/v/tsp.

2. After blanching, remove and drain, return to mixing bowl and add all seasonings. 25 minutes/v/reverse the spoon. Open the lid to collect the juice when there is 15 minutes left.
