Xiuzhen Mushroom and Green Vegetable Soup with Minced Meat

Prepare the ingredients: Xiuzhen mushrooms, pork belly, chopped green onion, and greens.

Dice pork belly, add salt, cornstarch, and soy sauce to marinate for five minutes.

Bring the water to a boil in the pot, add the marinated diced meat, stir well, boil and cook on low heat for about half an hour. You will smell the meat fragrance.
