Xiuzhen Mushroom and Mung Bean Sprouts Pork Rib Soup

Ingredients: ribs (washed and blanched), mung bean sprouts and Xiuzhen mushrooms (all washed).

Put the blanched ribs into the pressure cooker.

Add some clean water, add a proper amount of cooking wine.

Then, close the lid and cook for 15 minutes on medium-low heat, then turn off the heat.

Open the lid after simmering until exhausted.

Then, add mung bean sprouts and Xiuzhen mushrooms, stir and boil for 2 minutes.

Finally, add the right amount of soy sauce.
8.
Add the right amount of salt.
9.
Season to mix and serve.
