Tips
1. If eaten by one person, one-quarter to one-half of the whole white fungus. Tremella and peach gum are relatively sticky, too thick and not delicious.
2. The peach gum can be sent to ten times the size, it is recommended to soak for more than 20 hours, the peach gum can be fully soaked. When the weather is hot, the peach gum foam tends to change its flavor, so it is recommended to put it in the refrigerator freezer to soak;
3. Goji berries can be put together with white fungus, etc., or left alone. Personally, I am used to O(∩_∩)O. I don't like the bad taste of goji berries.
2. If the electric pressure cooker is not glutinous, you can simmer for a few hours after cooking or switch to a gas stove/induction cooker and cook for a while, it will be sticky and waxy.
3. Xylitol and sugar have the same sweetness, which can be replaced by 1:1.
4. Choose 100% pure xylitol for xylitol, especially for diabetic people. Look at the ingredient list when you buy it.
