Xylitol Tremella Snow Pear Soup
1.
After the white fungus is soaked, wash and cut off the yellow roots and tear them into small flowers
2.
Pear diced
3.
Put 1~2 bowls of water in the electric pressure cooker (or rice cooker), add the white fungus and pear, and press the soup button
4.
After the stewing is complete, add wolfberry, cover and simmer for half an hour (in order to make the white fungus more viscous), add xylitol after serving, and stir well.
Tips:
1. The white fungus is bigger after being soaked. If one person eats it, one-quarter to one-half of the whole white fungus is enough.
2. Goji berries can be put together with white fungus or left alone. Personally, I am used to O(∩_∩)O. I don't like the bad taste of goji berries.
3. If the electric pressure cooker is not glutinous, you can simmer for a few hours after cooking or switch to a gas stove/induction cooker to cook for a while, it will be sticky and waxy.
4. Xylitol and white sugar have similar sweetness, which can be replaced by 1:1.
5. Xylitol should be 100% pure xylitol, especially for diabetics. Look at the ingredient list when you buy it.
