Tips:
1. Before drinking, it is best to cool the soup first, clean the solidified layer of white oil on it, and then drink it when it is hot. If you can’t finish drinking, remember to skim off the oil before the next heat. Not only beef broth, but chicken broth, especially old hen broth, has a lot of fat. Treat it like this, and drink it healthily. After all, we are not short of oil! Especially if you have high blood lipids or gout at home, remember to deal with this first.
2. The beef must be soft and rotten. Time is not enough, the beef is not rotten, the chewing mouth is sour, the spleen and stomach are more difficult to digest, but it hurts the spleen and stomach. The same is true for lamb.
3. Drink soup before meals. Drinking soup before meals is good for the stomach, and it is not easy to gain weight. After drinking the soup for a while, then eat. People who want to lose weight remember to drink soup before meals. If you want to gain weight. . . Have soup after dinner. . . .
4. Eat less soup and rice. Many people have this habit of rice in soup. This way of eating is very bad for the stomach. It doesn't chew, and you swallow it after a few strokes. Yes, the word I use is swallow, not chew. A friend of my dad loves to eat this way, a big bowl of rice is gone in the blink of an eye, so his stomach is not good.
5. When making the broth, put some hawthorn and tangerine peel in the soup, not too much, a small handful is enough, not only is it easy to get rid of greasy meat.
