Yam Bean Vegetable Porridge

Wash the spinach.

Boil in boiling water for 2 minutes.

Remove and let cool and squeeze out the moisture.

Wash yam beans.

The rice is washed clean.

Put the rice and yam beans into the pressure cooker and add appropriate amount of water.

Add a little bit of edible alkali, cover and cook until the rice and yam beans are just ripe.

Exhaust the air in the pressure cooker, add the cut spinach segments, stir, put it in the pot and cook for a few minutes.

After boiling, exhaust the air in the pressure cooker.
