Yam Black Chicken Soup

Ingredients: black-bone chicken (washed, chopped and blanched), yam (washed, peeled and cut open), red dates (washed), ginger slices

Put the blanched black-bone chicken into the pressure cooker.

Put the ginger slices and add some cooking wine.

Add some water.

Then, close the lid and cook for 20 minutes on medium-low heat, then turn off the heat.

After simmering until no gas, open the lid and remove.

Then, combine the cut yam and the washed red dates and boil for 10 minutes.
8.
Finally, add the right amount of salt.
9.
Stir the seasoning well and serve.
