Yam Congee

Peel the yam and cut into pieces for later use

Peel and dice carrots for later use

Wash broccoli and cut into small florets for later use

After washing the rice, add appropriate amount of water and chicken broth, and boil on high heat

Pour in the cut yam and carrots, boil again, cover the pot and turn to low heat and cook for 20 minutes

Tips:
1. Chinese yam and seafood cannot be eaten at the same time.
2. When cooking the porridge, cover the pot cover so as not to overflow the porridge when it boils.
