Yam Fungus

1 yam, 1 small bowl of fungus, half an onion, half a red hot pepper, and half a sesame pepper.

Wear gloves to peel the yam, and immediately put it in light salt water after peeling. Then slice, cut a little bit and put a little bit in the water.
