Yam, Fungus, Duck Wing Soup

Prepare the ingredients, dry fungus can be soaked in warm water in advance

After the duck wings are cleaned, use a knife to cut off the sharp corners of the wings. Do not eat. The length is about 1cm.

Then put it in cold water and boil on high heat, skim off the foam, remove the duck wings and rinse them off

Tips:
1. Use clean water to soak the blood stains on the duck wings, and then cut off the tip of the wing for about 1cm. Do not eat; because the tip of the wing is where the bacteria hide, it is the same as cutting the nails of the chicken feet. Add this step to eat healthier .
2. The surface of yam contains mucus that will irritate the skin when it comes in contact with it. You must wear gloves to avoid injury when you operate it. After soaking in salt water, it will not oxidize and turn black.
