Yam, Fungus, Duck Wing Soup

Prepare the ingredients

After the duck wings are cleaned, use a knife to cut off the sharp corners of the wings. Do not eat. The length is about 1cm.

Tips:
1. Use clean water to soak the blood stains on the duck wings, and then cut off the tip of the wing for about 1cm. Do not eat; because the tip of the wing is where the bacteria hide, it is the same as cutting the nails of the chicken feet. Add this step to eat healthier .
