Yam Fungus Snow Peas

Remove the knots on both ends of snow peas. After tearing the tendons and washing them, add salt and oil to blanch water with boiling water.

Wash the iron rod yam, peel it and slice it, and blanch it in the water.

Wash the fungus after soaking, and boil it out

Put the green onion and ginger in a hot pan and stir fry until fragrant. Put the yam and fungus in turn, add water to the pan, and add snow peas at the end, stir and season with salt.
