Yam Meatball Porridge

Cut the yam into pieces.

Wash the rice.
3.
Cut ginger shreds and chopped green onion.
4.
Add the minced meat to sesame oil, salt, light soy sauce, black sesame seeds, and chopped green onion. Stir vigorously in one direction and set aside.

Spread oil on the bottom of the casserole and heat slowly over low heat.

Put rice and yam in, add proper amount of water and start cooking.

Stir frequently during the cooking process to avoid muddy bottom.
9.
When the rice rotten porridge is close to a thick state, use a spoon to dig out the meat filling one by one and put it into the pot.
10.
Add shredded ginger and salt after the meatballs are cooked. Just sprinkle with chopped green onion.
