Yam Peanut Eyebrow Bean Chicken Feet Soup

.Prepare the ingredients, (the skin has been removed when the chicken feet are bought). Cut off the toenails of the chicken feet (also can be cut into 2 sections)

Put chicken feet and lean meat in the pot, add water to boil, blanch for 1 minute, remove and drain;

Peel and slice yam, dice lean meat, and wash other materials;

Put all the ingredients except wolfberry and sliced ginger into the pot together; add appropriate amount of water (according to your family's amount), boil it on high heat, and slowly cook for 1.5 to 2 hours on low heat;

.Add salt and goji berries 5 minutes before turning off the heat.
Tips:
1. Wear disposable gloves when peeling yam to avoid itching on the skin;
2. Add salt and wolfberry before drinking the soup. If the wolfberry is cooked for too long, a lot of nutrients will be lost.
