Yam Porridge

Prepare the required materials

Peel the yam, wash and cut into sections, rinse the cured duck and cut into pieces, slice ginger

Pour the marinated rice into the pressure cooker

Add cured duck and ginger slices

Pour in the yam

Then add the right amount of water

Do not add too much water, it will overflow

Then cover the pot and start the porridge cooking function, the default is 35 minutes

After 35 minutes, the porridge is already very thick. Add a little salt to taste and you are ready to eat
Tips:
Try the saltiness before adding salt, because the cured duck itself is salty, just add a little salt appropriately.
