Yam Shrimp

Soak dried shrimps; slice yam; peel garlic cloves and pat.

Put the yam and cold water into the pot together.
3.
Cook until the yam powder is cooked.
4.
Put the yam in a saucer.
5.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic cloves.
6.
Add shrimp and stir fry until fragrant.
7.
Add a little water, add some salt, and a little soy sauce to taste.
8.
Add cooked yam and stir-fry evenly.
