In the past two years, it seems that the streets have been full of braised chicken rice. The taste is good and convenient. This is the simplest way to share, without complicated seasoning and ingredients. But the taste is very classic.

Yellow Braised Chicken

1. The main materials are ready.

2. Wash and chop the drumsticks, soak the mushrooms to squeeze the moisture. Slice ginger, dry chili and garlic slightly.

3. Add oil to the pot, add garlic, ginger slices, and dry chili and stir fry.

4. When the fire is strong, add chicken nuggets and stir-fry quickly.

5. Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and stir fry for color.

6. Add water to the pot to cover the chicken nuggets. Put in a small piece of yellow rock candy.

7. Add shiitake mushrooms.

8. Turn high heat to medium heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes.

9. After the chicken nuggets are crispy, add a little salt to season the soup.

10. Just put it into the container.

Tips:

1. If you like the spicy taste, you can add some dried chili appropriately;
2. My soup is relatively dry. If you like more soup, you can save more soup.
