Yellow Braised Chicken Feet
1.
Wash the chicken feet and put in a pot, put a few slices of ginger, cover with a lid and cook until the chicken feet are visibly enlarged. Generally, the cooking time is about half an hour (after the chicken feet are cooked, keep the soup for use)
2.
When cooking the chicken feet, prepare minced ginger and garlic, two teaspoons of tempeh and one teaspoon of chili oil (this brand of chili oil is not salty but very fragrant)
3.
After the chicken feet are boiled, start the frying pan, add the minced ginger and garlic, stir, pour in the tempeh and stir-fry evenly
4.
Put the chicken feet and mix well, pour in the soup of boiled chicken feet.
5.
Stew until the juice is naturally collected, it will be out of the pot. If you feel that the chicken feet are not soft enough, you can add a proper amount of hot soup before collecting the juice to continue the stew~
Tips:
This dish is very simple, the key is to not worry about cooking the chicken feet slowly, swelling and softening, otherwise the chicken feet will not be easy to rot when braising.
