Yellow Braised Duck

Wash the duck meat and cut into pieces, add cold water to the pot to scald the blood.

Cut the ginger into pieces, shred the pepper, and cut the garlic cloves.

Add oil to a hot pan and stir-fry the duck.

Stir out the duck oil and strain out the excess oil.
