Yellow Cabbage in Oyster Sauce

Three yellow cabbage. Wash and set aside.

Yellow cabbage with enough hot water.

Scallion, ginger and minced garlic should be set aside. (There are other dishes to use together.) βΊοΈ

Heat an appropriate amount of oil and fry the chopped green onion and ginger until fragrant.

A bowl of boiling water, a spoon of oyster sauce, and a small half spoon of salt.

Moisturize the starch and bring to a boil.
