Fresh day lily is bright in color, and it is a beautiful home-cooked dish when paired with green leeks. And day lily absorbs the spiciness of leeks, which makes the taste of leeks softer and has a light floral fragrance.

Yellow Chive

1. Ingredients: Daylily, Leek

2. Boil the washed daylily in boiling water.

3. Then soak in cold water for 2 hours, changing the water in between.

4. Cut the washed leeks into sections for later use.

5. Cut the soaked day lily into sections.

6. Heat oil in a pan and add leeks.

7. Stir fry evenly

8. Then put in day lily,

9. After stirring evenly, add salt and MSG to taste.

10. Stir-fry them quickly, and fry until the leek has collapsed, then turn off the heat.

11. Take out the pan and serve.

Tips:

Fresh day lily must be blanched and then soaked before it can be eaten.
