Ingredients: Daylily, Leek

Boil the washed daylily in boiling water.

Then soak in cold water for 2 hours, changing the water in between.

Cut the washed leeks into sections for later use.

Cut the soaked day lily into sections.
6.
Heat oil in a pan and add leeks.

Stir fry evenly

Then put in day lily,

After stirring evenly, add salt and MSG to taste.
10.
Stir-fry them quickly, and fry until the leek has collapsed, then turn off the heat.
11.
Take out the pan and serve.
Tips:
Fresh day lily must be blanched and then soaked before it can be eaten.
