Yellow Croaker Simmered Noodles

Take the back meat of two fish, add egg white and cornstarch to sizing, add salt and pepper to marinate the basic taste.

Boil the fish in boiling water and remove it for later use. The sprouts are fried and dried.

Throw the fish bones and heads out of the pot, add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry until they are in place.

Add water, boil on high heat, turn to medium heat and simmer until the soup is white. The filter residue is taken out for later use.

Re-start the pan, stir-fry the minced garlic + sprouts until fragrant.

Add fish broth and a pinch of salt to simmer for a while. Next, turn off the heat when cooked.

Take a few pieces of fish and place them on top of the noodles.
