Yellow Croaker Stewed Tofu

Cut yellow croaker with a flower knife on both sides, cut green onion into small pieces, slice garlic and ginger, slice ginseng, and cut tofu into small pieces.

Use salt, cooking wine and ginger slices to smooth the inside and outside of the fish, and marinate for a while.
