Yellow Peach Tofu

One yellow peach, peeled, sliced, shredded pork with salt, marinated in cooking wine and soy sauce, tofu cut into strips, green pepper shredded

Add oil in a hot pan, add tofu and fry

Fry on both sides until golden brown

Add yellow peach slices

Stir fry a few times

Add green pepper shreds and stir fry, add salt, sugar and cooking wine to taste

Finally, add the marinated shredded pork and fry until the color changes.
Tips:
The oil should be more, and the tofu should not be stirred too often, as it will break easily.
