Yellow Wine and Angelica Chicken

Wash the chicken, add salt, rub well, and marinate for 30 minutes.

Wash the medicinal materials and soak the red dates.
3.
Take a casserole and put the chicken in it.

Add all the medicinal materials, then the rice wine and water (you can add all the rice wine, preferably without the chicken).

Cover, turn to medium heat for 25 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Tips:
Turn off the heat and simmer for a while to allow the chicken to absorb more of the medicinal essence. Since the chicken has been coated with salt, there is no need to add salt.
