I ate a dish of Yipin tofu in the restaurant. It feels very light and refreshing, a dish suitable for all ages. The colors are also good-looking, red, green and white are prominent. The taste is good and the ingredients are easy to match. So I bought tofu and peas to make my own taste good.

Yipin Tofu

1. Prepare the ingredients. Big red pepper and diced pork froth is better when it is fried and fresh.

2. The peas are cooked and diced red pepper.

3. Tofu is not easy to rot when cut into small dices

4. Tofu remove spare ginger and garlic mince

5. Stir-fry ginger and garlic with a little oil in the pan

6. Pour the minced meat

7. Add a little water to boil to make the meat fragrant

8. Add peas and cook for flavor

9. Add tofu diced

10. Add big red pepper diced for flavor

11. This is soy flour and water to make a juice

12. Thicken and put some salt and MSG out of the pot

Tips:

The peas should be cooked first to make it easier to taste, and finally thicken with soy flour.
