Yogurt Mango Sago

Sago 25 grams.

Add water (1000 grams) to a pot and bring it to a boil.

Add sago over medium heat and stir constantly with a spoon to prevent sticking to the pan. After cooking for 20 minutes, when the edges of the sago become transparent and there is a small white spot in the middle, cover the pot and turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
