5.
Take out the mold and pour the batter
6.
Put it back in the oven and bake for 20 minutes
7.
The baked Yorkshire pudding is warm and swelling, very full
8.
The cool Yorkshire pudding will shrink slightly, like a coffee cup, with a small pit in the middle, which is delicious with roast beef
Tips:
1. After the Yorkshire pudding is baked, it must be served hot
2. If you want to eat Yorkshire pudding alone, add a little sugar, which is delicious. If you eat it with roast beef, you don’t need to add sugar.
3. Preheating the mold for 5 minutes is the same as scrambled eggs in hot oil. The higher the oil temperature, the greater the expansion of the eggs.
4. You can also mix the liquid and eggs first and then mix them evenly with flour, there is no difference in the finished product
5. The specific baking time and temperature should be combined with your own oven settings
