You Can Make A Restaurant Style at Home~ [japanese-style Omelet Rice]
1.
Prepare the rice (the leftovers I used the day before), the corn kernels, wash the peppers to remove the seeds, take a small piece of green onions and wash them, and knock two eggs.
2.
Dice green and red peppers, mince green onions, and beat eggs.
3.
Add appropriate amount of oil to the pot, heat the oil to 80% of the heat, and stir-fry the chopped green onion to create a fragrance.
4.
Pour in the prepared corn kernels, diced green and red pepper, and stir fry slightly.
5.
Add rice.
6.
Fry the rice and vegetables evenly, and stir-fry. When the leftover rice is fried, it will be easily loosened by pressing it with a spoon. The clumped fried rice will not taste very good. Control the heat to prevent the pan, and put the right amount of salt and chicken essence before serving. Season and serve.
7.
Brush a layer of oil in the pan over medium to low heat.
8.
Pour in the egg mixture at a low level and shake the pot so that the egg mixture evenly covers the bottom of the pot.
9.
When the egg liquid is partly condensed, put a small amount of cooked rice on the half of the omelet, leave a gap on the edge, don't put too much, otherwise it will be easy to show the filling~
10.
Carefully turn over the other side, and gently press the edges with a spatula until they are glued.
11.
Start the pot and put it on the plate~ it's delicious with some tomato sauce~ How about it, simple enough, try it and find that it is definitely not worse than the taste in the restaurant!
12.
The fried rice tastes great on its own!
