Mix flour, eggs, salt, softened butter, baking powder, milk and water (additionally) and knead into a dough

Make the dough and knead for 15 minutes

The kneaded dough is soft and collapsed

Turn the basin upside down and cover the dough for 10 minutes

After waking up the dough, gently press it with the palm of your hand a few times, and knead it into a strip

Wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 8 hours

After the refrigerated dough, take it out and shape it directly, sprinkle flour on the chopping board, put the long strips on top, sprinkle the flour on the long noodles to prevent sticking, and arrange them into a dough sheet about 8cm wide and 1.5cm thick.

Pull one on each side, squeeze both ends with your fingers, lift both ends and squeeze tightly

Keep the oil temperature at 200 degrees and fry the dough sticks. After the dough sticks float up, use the chopsticks to fry them and turn them over. Fry them evenly. Fry for 3-5 minutes. The surface is golden yellow and the oil control is removed.
