You Tiao Soy Milk

Put the ingredients in the main ingredients into the bucket of the bread machine in turn, start the kneading program for 15 minutes to knead into a smooth dough, seal the plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 10 hours. Wash the soybeans and rice twice, add water and soak at room temperature overnight.

Take out the dough in the refrigerator the next morning. Filter out the water used to soak the beans and rice and put it in the wall breaker/soymilk machine. Add water to 950ml. For babies who like to drink sweet soymilk, add a few rock sugars and start the soymilk program. After half an hour, the fragrant soymilk will come out~

Next, use the time of beating soy milk to make dough tiao dough~~ First apply a layer of oil on the chopping board, and take out the dough and arrange it into rectangular slices of 1cm thick.

Spread some oil on the blade and cut the dough into 3cm wide strips.

Take one noodle and place it on the other ~ grease the chopsticks, pinch both ends of the chopsticks, and press it from the middle of the overlapping noodles to the end. A dough tiao dough is ready. Repeat to make all the slabs and wake up for half an hour (the soy milk can be exploded).

Relax the oil in the pot and heat it to 180 degrees (place the palm on top of the oil surface to feel the warmer oil temperature is almost the same), and turn to medium heat. Twist the dough tiao blank twice, lower it into the oil pan, turn it frequently, fry it until the surface is golden yellow, drain the oil, and place it on a dish lined with absorbent paper. Pour the soy milk into a bowl, and start eating with tofu with soy sauce^_^

This recipe is for two adults. It is full~^_^The fried dough noodles must be served well, and the oil temperature must be high so that it can be crispy and delicious. Adding milk powder is a bit of Yonghe You Tiao's milk flavor, if you don’t like it, don’t add it~ Adding some rice can make the taste of soy milk more fragrant~
