Young--tender and Smooth Shrimp Steamed Egg

Ingredients for preparation:
3 eggs (two steamed bowls)
Fresh shrimp warm water or stock: 1.5~2 times the egg
Cooking wine: 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce: 1 teaspoon cooking oil: 1/2 teaspoon salt: a little green onion: two

Step 1: Dehull the fresh shrimp. Wash the fresh shrimp and remove the mud line. Do not remove the tail when peeling the shell.

Step 2: Add cooking wine and salt to the marinated shrimp for a while, then rinse and set aside.

Step 3: Beat the eggs into a bowl, add a little salt to taste, and then add 1.5 to 2 times warm water. Stir well with egg custard (or chopsticks) and mix well.
