Yuan Fleur Lily Chestnut Syrup

Prepare all materials

Soak the lily in water for half an hour

Scratch the chestnut on the case with a knife, soak it in boiling water for about 5 minutes, remove it while it is hot, and peel it off;

Wash the soaked lily, put it in a pot, add chestnut and longan meat, boil on high heat and then turn to medium and low heat and simmer for 20 minutes;

Add yellow rock sugar and cook for another 5 minutes, then turn off the heat. Simmer for a while without opening the lid.
Tips:
1. Fresh chestnuts are easy to boil. If you like the taste of chestnuts half melted in the soup, you can appropriately extend the boiling time.
2. If you can buy fresh lily, it will taste better, but you should put it in 5 minutes before turning off the heat.
