Yuba Mixed with Cucumber

Prepare the ingredients.

Cut the whole cucumber in 2 halves and slice it.

Soak dried yuba in water. Until it swells.
4.
Remove the soaked yuba, drain the water, and cut diagonally.

Put water in the pot, bring to a boil, add the yuba, and blanch it.

Remove the blanched yuba and put it in cold water for a while.

Put the cut cucumber slices into the pot.

Put the processed yuba in the basin.

Season with appropriate amount of salt.

Add a little chicken essence.

Add appropriate amount of chili oil.

Tips:
1. If you don't like spicy food, you can put less or no chili oil.
2. Soaking and blanching the yuba can get rid of the extra beany smell.
