Yuba Night Blossom Pork Rib Soup

1. Ingredients: ribs (washed and blanched)

2. Yuba (soaked)

3. Night blossom

4. Put the soaked yuba on the chopping board and cut open, set aside.

5. Peel the night blossoms and wash them.

6. Put it on the chopping board and cut into hob blocks, set aside.

7. Put the ribs in the pressure cooker.

8. Add water and some cooking wine.

9. Cover and cook for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat.
