Yuba with Oyster Sauce
1.
Soak the yuba and cut into sections, wash and slice the lettuce and carrots.
2.
Saute ginger and garlic slices, add carrots and lettuce and stir-fry.
3.
Add in oyster sauce and use a little more to change the color of the yuba to light yellow. With a little salt, stir fry evenly, sprinkle with coriander and chicken essence (not necessary), and stir well.
Tips:
Oyster sauce is a kind of condiment. It is very good for cooking. The common ones are Haitian and Lee Kum Kee. Lee Kum Kee’s is too expensive and the taste of Haitian is also good. There are also Mitsui's in Shanghai, which are very cheap, but the taste is not so rich.
