Yuhuang Mushroom Soup

Cut off the root part of Pleurotus ostreatus into a single flower, and tear the larger one by hand. After cleaning the impurities, soak in clean water for about 10 minutes, and control the moisture for later use

Add water to the pot, boil it, and add the elm mushroom to blanch water. When there is a lot of white foam, remove the cold water
