Mix all the ingredients and knead into a smooth dough.

Cut the dough into equal portions.

Take a small dough and harvest it into a smooth ball.

Press it into a flat shape with your hands.

Use a bamboo stick to press it into a cloud shape.

Take a small ball of white dough and add a small amount of black cocoa powder. Knead into black dough.

Roll out the black dough into thin slices and press out the eyes with a straw.

Decorate the eyes and mouth of the steamed bun embryo (the mouth is made into thin strips by hand, and decorated with toothpicks. Dip some water on the paste for better adhesion)

Put it in a steamer and ferment for about 30 minutes, and the dough will become larger. Turn on high heat to steam, steam for eight minutes after airing, turn off the heat, and boil for five minutes.
Tips:
You need to knead the dough more to look smooth. During the making process, the dough should be covered with plastic wrap to prevent the dough from drying out and becoming hard.
