Yunnan Steam Pot Meatballs

1. Add salt, chicken essence, and water to the minced pork and mix well.

2. Make meatballs.

3. Remove the stalks of the enoki mushrooms and wash them.

4. Remove the stems of the soybean sprouts and wash them.
