We cooked millet porridge for dinner, and added some elm money and shrimp in it! It's really good!

Yuqian Shrimp Millet Congee

1. Cleaned elm money

2. Marinate the shrimps with cooking wine, salt, crushed black pepper and minced ginger for 10 minutes in advance

3. Raise the frying pan, fry the shrimps until they change color and remove them for later use

4. Add water and millet to the pot to cook porridge

5. Cook until the porridge is thick, add some salt and chicken powder to taste, preferably with broth to cook

6. Add fried shrimp

7. Add yuqian and boil together

8. Sprinkle some white pepper before starting the pan

9. Just drizzle with sesame oil

10. Out of the pot and bowl

Tips:

My prawns are frozen, so I get oiled in advance, it feels better than putting them directly in to remove fishy
