Yuxiang Eggplant

1. Eggplant cut into sections

2. Chopped ginger, onion and garlic

3. Put oil in a pot and add ginger, shallot and garlic until fragrant

4. Add eggplant and stir fry

5. Add the fish-flavored shredded pork seasoning to make a juice

6. Put the seasonings in a pot that is evenly stir-fried, bring to a high heat and turn to low heat until cooked.
