Yuxiang Pork

Slice ginger, cut green onion into sections, shred the lean meat, add ginger slices, starch and light soy sauce, mix well and marinate for two minutes.

Tips:
The salt should be put according to the saltiness of the chopped pepper. If the chopped pepper is too salty, basically do not use salt.
