Yuxiang Tofu

Prepare ingredients: Xiwang peanut oil, tofu, lean pork, garlic, green pepper, red pepper paste, soybean paste, etc.;

Soak the tofu in brine, remove and cut into pieces;

Heat the wok until it is oily, add tofu, fry on low heat until slightly yellow, flip the other side, and continue to fry until slightly yellow;

Wash the lean pork meat, shred it, and stir-fry the lean pork with Xiwang peanut oil from the tofu in a frying pan;

Green chili, red chili sauce, garlic, minced ginger, minced garlic, soybean paste, balsamic vinegar, light soy sauce, stir fry together to create a fragrance;

Add the fried lean pork shreds and fried tofu into the pot;

Add cornstarch and water, mix well, add to the pot to thicken, add salt and garlic leaves, and collect the juice.
Tips:
1. The tofu is soaked in salt water, it is not easy to break;
2. When frying tofu, don't turn it back and forth.
